In this episode, Cris Rivers & Mændy Mac interview Pole Dancer & Coach Aerial, of Spinning Heart Studios, and learn all about her pole journey in and out of the pole studio.
BIO: Aerial (she/they) is a central Pennsylvania based pole dancer, instructor, and performer. She has been dancing since 2015 and currently teaches at Spinning Harts Pole & Dance Studio, competes with PSO, and strips in her local club. In her own work she focuses on thoroughly combining artistic and technical elements to create well rounded acts in a variety of styles.
As an instructor she prioritizes kinesthetic awareness, theoretical understanding of skills, safe progression, and injury prevention through education and effective spotting. When not working, her main hobbies are hanging out with her pet rats and trying her best at adult gymnastics, which dominate her social media.
